A Weekend Find

I found this at J. Crew's website
 this weekend.

Stadium-cloth boulevard trench
Oh, dear.

It's gray, it's refined, it's gorgeous.

It's also $325.

A girl can dream, right?

Underestimate Not the Power of Target

I went to Target today. I think we can all safely assume where this post is going.

You'll notice these are fall clothes. It hasn't gotten below 85. Yet I bought . . . fall . . . clothes. Because they spoke to me and my autumn-deprived soul.

Booties!

First, I would just like to say that I never thought I'd title a blog post with that word.

Secondly, these are hot.

I came. I saw. I bought.

Target and I have a really interesting relationship. I have rarely visited with the intention of buying clothes and/or shoes, and have often left with clothes and/or shoes. I don't know how this happens. All I know is that the cuteness speaks to me and must be had.

And this, dear readers, is what I walked away with last time.

A Fashion Evolution

Do you ever look back on life and realize just how much you have (or someone else has) changed?

I was thinking the other day of how my sense of fashion has evolved over the years. For the better, most def. Case in point: the nineties. Oh the nineties. The era of colors and weirdness. Now maybe (hopefully) for you, the nineties held some better fashion choices. For me, as I was only five at the time, fashion to me, was whatever I darn well felt like wearing.

Which, hey, is how it's supposed to be. I was like, five.
