No, literally. I went on a run this morning and ran over a puzzle. It was lying all over the side of the road, all shattered to pieces.

My Current Relationship with Running. And Bribery.

This is me several years ago. I was finishing a 3K and running like the wind. (Not really. Just go with it.)

I don't really run like the wind anymore. In fact, I rarely run. So I have resorted to something to get myself back in shape. Something shameful.
