For sunny apricots and garden-grown lavender,
for a reading list whose length extends with each trip to a thrift store,
for a delightful French scarf: lost, found, given to me by my mama,
for the discovery of sparkly "power nails,"
for oodles of cut lemons for lemonade,
for my very! own! tomatoes!,
for sweet homegrown blueberries,
and red-pink raspberries,
for basil that looks like it'll pull through,
for sunlight peeking through trees,
for fresh, bracing lavender,
and for the discovery of wee brie.
All of those things are so lovely...you should tell me your gardening secrets.
ReplyDeleteHi Arielle!! I think of you and HOF often! And I don't have many secrets...so far, I've just been watering everything and praying the hornworms decide my tomatoes are to be avoided.
