1. Pancakes. Pancakes are the answer to the age-old question: "What's for dinner?" Tonight I came home and me and my uninspired self did not feel like making anything. And then, an answer came from on high: "Pancakes." Thus I made pancakes. And they were good. And they were easy. And our stomachs were filled. Amen.
2. The post office in San Angelo is diabolically hard to find. I drove past it four times. Four times. Trying to find the place that would charge me $30 for mailing two packages and some Gregory Peck stamps (which, granted, are awesomeness incarnate. Dude. It's Gregory bless-my-britches Peck. On a stamp.).
But still! Post Office: You need my money! MSN tells me so! It's in your best interest to make it excruciatingly obvious that you exist. If you could kindly pain your building neon-green, I'd truly appreciate it. Yes. I'm serious. And you're welcome.
3. Top Chef < MasterChef < Restaurant Impossible < What Not to Wear < American Pickers < Auction Hunters. Enjoying free cable? Why yes. I am. Enough to categorize it, actually. Coincidentally, does anyone else think TLC has some truly bizarre programming? Buried Alive: Hoarding? Toddlers and Tiaras? My Strange Addiction? Weird; all of them. Very weird.
4. Speaking of bizarre programming, anime will always slightly freak me out. I'm sorry. It will.
5. A friend of a friend just got a new puppy. It's furry, cuddle-able, and hug-able. It's adorable. So it's only fitting that this post end with a picture of a puppy.
Oh, Puppy. Don't worry. You are wrinkly and cute and I love you.
