And a Partridge in a Pear Tree . . .

I painted that partridge I thrifted the other day. Here's the result! Isn't she gorgeous?


The before and after is pretty dramatic.

Before: dull, brassy, and brown. 




After: bright, shiny, and golden. 


It's amazing what a little paint can do.

    she's sooo pretty! points to you for being patient enough to cover her with gold. then again "cover with gold" sounds like something i'd like to put on my to-do list for the week ;)

    Nicole, it was super easy! I spent like three minutes spray painting it. (They sell gold spray paint these days, apparently. Who knew?!) It would be an easy project for a to-do list!!
